Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sumayah, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work for orders placed on Sumayah.co.uk and our TikTok Shop.

14-Day Returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please include your order number in the return package.

How to Return
Log in to your account at the top of our website, open your order, and select Request return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. You can also contact us at info@sumayah.co.uk if you need help.

Return Shipping & Fees
For change-of-mind returns (where the item is not faulty), a flat £3.50 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is processed. Return postage and fees do not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days, less the £3.50 return-shipping fee where applicable. We'll email you to confirm.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You're entitled to a full refund (including original and return postage) or a replacement, with no fees deducted. Please email info@sumayah.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, contact us and, once verified, we'll dispatch the missing item at no cost or refund it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain sealed items cannot be returned once opened. Personalised or made-to-order items are also non-returnable. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and we're unable to cover or intervene in them.

Please Note
Complimentary hijabs and belts are selected to match as closely as possible; exact shade matches aren't guaranteed due to fabric dye variation, and not all abayas include them. Product shades may vary slightly from online images due to lighting and production.
