We offer refunds, not exchanges. To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days, unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Sale items and made-to-measure pieces are final sale.

Free UK shipping on every order. Standard tracked delivery 2–5 working days, express 1–2 where available.

UK orders arrive in 2–5 working days on tracked standard delivery. Express options are available at checkout where eligible.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We offer refunds rather than exchanges. Return your original piece within 14 days, unworn with tags, and place a new order for the size you'd like.
How do I care for my abaya?
Cold gentle wash inside out, hang to dry away from direct sunlight, iron on a low setting. Avoid tumble drying , it's the kindest way to keep the drape and finish.
Do you offer made-to-measure?
Selected styles can be made to your height and sleeve length on request. Email us with the piece you'd like and we'll confirm timings , made-to-measure orders are final sale.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Sometimes. Sign up to the newsletter or use the "notify me" link on the product page and we'll email you the moment a piece is back.
